I joined TouchPoint as CEO in 2025 and I’m energized about what’s ahead as we shape our next chapter with pace and heart. With 25+ years leading manufacturing businesses, I’m focused on strategic direction, operational excellence, and developing leaders across our platforms. I’m excited about the opportunities in front of us to strengthen our core, invest in innovation, and grow thoughtfully while building on the culture that makes TouchPoint special.

Doug joined TouchPoint, Inc. in August 2017 as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to his role with TouchPoint, he was Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Endo Pharmaceuticals. Doug began his legal career as an associate with Drinker Biddle and Reath and also served as Associate General Counsel with West Pharmaceutical Services. Doug received his B.A. from the University of Virginia and his J.D. from William and Mary Law School.

I recently joined as the Chief Human Resources Officer for TouchPoint Inc. In addition to bringing over 30 years of experience in industrial and chemical manufacturing experience, I've had the privilege to serve as the head of HR in private, public, and private equity-backed companies and am excited to bring those experiences to Touch Point. I am passionate about fostering growth and am dedicated to supporting the success of the TPI family of companies and empowering its workforce.

Southco President since September 2016, with global leadership experience across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Joined in 1990; led Southco Europe (MD, 1996), established Southco Asia (2001) including China manufacturing, the Mei Kei acquisition, and the Southco India start-up; later led the Americas as VP & Managing Director (2008), expanding into South America. Mechanical Engineering degree and MBA. Married with two children.

I lead the IIM Division and still dabble a little in technology.

Since joining Southco in 1995, I have held key leadership positions with Southco in engineering, marketing, sales, general management and regional leadership. As GM Southco Automotive, we drove the global expansion of our Automotive business into Europe and Asia. As Dir Marketing, we developed digital marketing tools to accelerate business development and launched B2C e-com platform. Most recently, working as VP of TouchPoint Corporate Development, I have worked on the acquisition and integration of 6 companies into the Touchpoint family.

Since joining Southco in 1994, I’ve led teams across France, the UK, and the US, progressing from sales and distribution roles to Global GM, Regional MD, and President of TPM. Along the way, I integrated acquisitions and streamlined operations across Europe/India and North America. I now lead cross-functional, strategy-aligned initiatives that accelerate growth, efficiency, transformation, and innovation.

I’ve been with TouchPoint Inc 17 years, started as Finance Director Southco Europe & India before leading TouchPoint Finance Europe supporting M&A and integrations. Joined ITD as Managing Director in 2018 and added responsibility for other Europe based medical businesses since then.
