With more than 25 years of experience leading manufacturing businesses, she provides strategic direction for the enterprise with a focus on operational excellence and leadership development across TouchPoint’s platforms. Katerina Dodbiba joined TouchPoint as Chief Financial Officer in 2026 bringing more than 20 years of global finance and operational leadership experience across healthcare, medical technology, and life sciences in both public and private sectors. She is recognized for driving disciplined growth, operational transformation, and long‑term value creation through organic and inorganic strategies. She is deeply energized by the scale of opportunity across TouchPoint’s family of companies and by enabling the company’s next phase of innovation and growth, rooted in its distinct cultural pillars.

Douglas Macpherson joined TouchPoint, Inc. in August 2017 as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. With more than 30 years of legal experience, Douglas brings deep expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management to the enterprise.

Kym Johnson joined TouchPoint as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2025. With more than 30 years of experience in industrial and chemical manufacturing, she has led human resources functions across private, public, and private‑equity‑backed organizations. She brings deep expertise in talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development, with a strong focus on fostering growth, supporting the success of TouchPoint’s family of companies, and empowering a globally connected workforce.

President of Southco since 2016, Thomas Mehler brings more than 35 years of global leadership experience across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Since joining Southco in 1990, he has led major regional expansions, including establishing operations in Asia and expanding the business across the Americas.

Brice Salle is President of TouchPoint’s Intelligent Operations Platform and has served as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of TouchPoint since 2016. With more than 30 years of experience across manufacturing, technology, and operations, he leads strategy, digital transformation, and performance across the platform’s portfolio companies.

Ralph Ulisse joined TouchPoint in 1995 and for more than 30 years has progressed through senior roles in engineering, marketing, sales, and general management. Along the way, he drove global automotive expansion and led digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives. Today he serves as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development, leading the acquisition and integration of companies into the TouchPoint portfolio.

Pascal Testeil joined TouchPoint in 1994 and brings more than 30 years of global leadership experience across France, the UK, and the US. He has led organic growth, acquisitions, integrations, and operational improvement initiatives across the Access Hardware and Medical Technology platforms in Europe, India, and North America. Since 2025, as Vice President of Strategic Programs, he has led enterprise-wide initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.

Quintin Potgieter serves as TouchPoint’s Vice President of Medical Technology and Managing Director of iTD. He joined TouchPoint in 2008 as Vice President of Finance for TouchPoint Europe. With more than 17 years of experience, he has held senior leadership roles including Finance Director for Southco Europe and India, led TouchPoint Finance Europe with responsibility for mergers, acquisitions, and integrations, and joined iTD as Managing Director in 2018. Since then, he has overseen iTD and other Europe‑based medical technology businesses within the TouchPoint portfolio.
