At TouchPoint, we encourage everyone to come forward with any compliance concerns they may have in the way that they are most comfortable doing. In addition to our normal reporting methods, which include raising issues with an employee’s immediate supervisor, manager, regional attorney, company officer or the Touchpoint General Counsel, we also provide for reporting to the TouchPoint Compliance Hotline at 610-361-6500, by email to compliance@touchpointinc.com or by using this web portal.

If you’re reporting a violation from outside Europe, you can choose to remain anonymous. All of the fields below are voluntary. To make an anonymous report simply leave the name and email fields blank. If you request anonymity, we will respect that and won’t try to identify you. Just keep in mind that it might be harder for the Company to fully investigate the issue without more information. If you are located in Europe, please be aware that various regulations in Europe discourage or prohibit anonymous reporting.

We take all reports of wrongdoing seriously and commit to investigating them thoroughly and fairly.
